【 Application Scenarios of Polyether Defoamers 】
Polyether defoamers are used in processes such as EVA emulsion, styrene-acrylic emulsion, styrene-butadiene latex,emulsion polymerization liquid, production of polyvinyl chloride resin, elastic emulsion vinyl acetate-acrylic emulsion, UV-curable resin, degassing of synthetic rubber, and defoaming of wet-process PU synthetic leather resin.
【 Usage The dosage of defoamer can be 0.1% to 0.8%, and the optimal dosage is determined by the customer through experiments based on specific circumstances. lt can be directly added to the foaming system. lt is best to conduct a small-scale test before dilution to avoid abnormal situations.
【 Storage and Transportation Packaging 】
Packaging: This product is packed in 60KG,120KG and 200KG plastic drums.
Storage: This product is not a hazardous material, non-toxic, and non-flammable. It should be stored in a sealed containe in a cool, well-ventilated, and dry indoor place. Before use, the container should be strictly sealed after each use. The shelf life is 12 months at around 25°C.
Transportation: During transportation,this product must be well sealed to prevent moisture, strong alkali, strong acid, rainwater and other impurities from mixing in.
