A. Main features:

1. Physical property: a fine white powder (DH-B, DH-C). Neither contains toxic, radioactive elements; neither is flammable or combustible; both are alkalescent.

2. Set time: They can retard the initial set time of building gypsum to more than 100 minutes. The set time extends along with their adding quantity, with the optimum adding quantity being 0.1 to 0.3%. The adding quantity of gypsum building blocks, and gypsum powder for gypsum boards: 0.05 to 0.15%.

3. After the set retarders are added, the strength is mostly better than the original building gypsum powder, by 10 to 30%.

4. Compatibility: They contains no additives such as chlorine salts and water-retaining agents, so they have good compatibility.

5. Attention shall be paid to moisture proofing to prevent agglomeration.

B. Method of application: 

1. In use, mix the set retarder with a selected adding quantity with gypsum powder; or dissolve  the set retarder completely in water before adding gypsum powder.

2. Scope and adding quantity: The adding quantity of plastering gypsum, adhesion gypsum, caulking gypsum and gypsum putty: 0.1 to 0.3%; and the adding quantity of gypsum building blocks, and gypsum powder for gypsum boards: 0.05 to 0.15%.

3. Because the qualities of gypsum powder produced in different plates are different, and that the standards and thicknesses used are different, the adding quantities and effects of these products are different. Do proportioning test carefully before using these products in order to determine the optimum adding quantity.

4. Package: Double plastic sealing package (25 kg/bag)
